Welcome to Bite & Brew. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, in-store services, catering orders, and reservations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our website or placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Services

Bite & Brew operates a late-night café & bar in Berlin serving pizza, craft beer, specialty coffee, and pastries, and also provides catering services and event reservations.

4. User Accounts

When you sign in with your email, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

5. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the specified price. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include applicable German VAT.

6. Reservations & Deposits

Reservations made with a deposit are guaranteed. The deposit amount is deducted from your bill at the venue. Cancellations later than 24 hours before the reserved time are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Catering orders may be cancelled with full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to partial charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bite & Brew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by German law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
